What you need to know before you start
- Your full e-mail address and password
- If you do not know your e-mail address and password, contact us at 1-888-267-2411. Choose option 1 then 5.
Follow these easy steps
Reset your password
- Go to the Control Panel website at https://admin.exchange.bellaliant.net
- Click on Change my Password located at the top right hand corner of the side screen.
- Enter a new password and confirm the password. Click Change to save the new password.
Reset a User Password
- Go to the Control Panel website at https://admin.exchange.bellaliant.net Click on the user for whom you wish to change the password.
- Click on Reset password located in the User section under Tasks.
- Enter the new password, confirm it by entering it another time and then click on Save.
