Unable to view my bill online (cannot open)

You can obtain copies of your previous bills by logging into My Business Account - Billing - View your bill and selecting the bill you want to view. It has the same details as a regular paper bill and you can easily print or save a copy.

If you are having problems, displaying your bill after you have logged in, you may want to check to make sure it isn’t being blocked by your pop-up blocker setting in your web browser.

What you need before you start

Follow these easy steps

Turn of pop up blocker in IE7 and IE8

  1. Click on Tools.
  2. Click on Pop-up Block.
  3. Click Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker.

 Turn off pop-up blocker in IE9 and IE10

  1. Click on the Gear in the far right corner.
  2. Click on Internet Options.
  3. Click on the Privacy tab.
  4. At the bottom, remove the checkmark from Turn on Pop-up Blocker.

Turn off pop-up blocker in Firefox

  1. Click on Tools.
  2. Click on Options.
  3. Click on Content.
  4. Remove the checkmark from Block pop-up windows.

 Turn off pop-up block in Chrome

  1. Click on the Chrome Menu (far right corner, looks like icon with 3 lines).
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings.
  4. In the Privacy section, click the Content settings button.
  5. In the Pop-ups section, select Allow all sites to show pop-ups. Customize permissions for specific websites by clicking Manage exceptions.

Turn off Pop-up blocker in Safari

  1. Click on the Safari menu (or gear on the top right)
  2. Remove the check mark from Block Pop-up Windows
