There are several things that could be causing this.
Follow each of these options until your issue is resolved:
Check for interference
- Find your Video Access Point (VAP). This is the black wireless box often located near the modem.
- Remove any items that could be causing interference with the signal (e.g. cordless phone, baby monitor, wireless headphones).
- Check to see if your TV problem is resolved.
Move your wireless receiver closer to your Video Access Point (VAP)
- Find your Video Access Point (VAP). This is the black wireless box often located near the modem.
- Move your wireless receiver closer to your VAP.
- Check to see if your TV problem is resolved.
Reboot your Video Access Point (VAP)
- Find your Video Access Point (VAP). This is the black wireless box often located near the modem.
- Unplug the power cord to the VAP.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the VAP.
- Check to see if your TV problem is resolved.
