Rebuffering and long load times

  1. If it happens all the time, power cycle your system. Unplug your receiver and your TV. Plug your receiver and TV back in. Power on your receiver and TV.
    • If the issue isn’t fixed, there may be an outage or congestion. Try again later.
  2. If it doesn’t happen often, check your Wi-Fi connection. Use another device (mobile phone, tablet, etc.) to check that your Wi-Fi is working.
    • If your Wi-Fi is working, move the Fibe TV Box closer to your modem and/or connect it directly with an Ethernet cable.
    • If your Wi-Fi isn’t working, refer to your Internet provider’s support.
