'Registration failed', 'Duplicate Registration' or 'Registration already in use' error messages

 These error messages indicate that your Fibe TV receiver is not properly registered.

To register your Fibe TV receiver:

  1. On the registration screen, use the number pad on your remote to enter the registration number for your receiver. This number is your 10 digit phone number and the first 4 digits of your account number.
  2. Press OK on your remote.
  3. Use your right-arrow to select Yes / Oui to the question Master PVR / RVP principal if prompted.
  4. Press OK on your remote.
  5. The Registration / Enregistrement successful screen displays.
  6. The Fibe Guide will download. This takes may 2-3 minutes to complete.
  7. Once this process is complete, you will automatically be taken to live TV.
  8. If you are prompted for a password, enter 1234 with your remote.
