Update my auto-pay credit card details

If your credit card has expired or you are changing the card we have on file for the automatic payment (auto-pay) of your Bell Aliant account,  you can update your card details in My Account.

To update your credit card details in My Account:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Enter your Email address and your Password.
  3. Select Log in.

    Note: If you haven't registered for My Account select the Register now button. You will need:

    • Your Bell Aliant account number
    • The postal code where your services are currently installed

  4. In the My Bill section, scroll to Payment method .
  5. Select Change.

  6. The Change payment method preferences screen appears. Select Update credit card information.

  7. The Update credit card information screen appears. Enter your new credit card details.
  8. Select Register Details to update your card information that we have on file.
