Update my auto-pay credit card details

If your credit card has expired or you are changing the card we have on file for the pre-authorized payment of your Bell Aliant account, you can update your card details in My Account.

To update your credit card details in My Account:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Enter your email address and your password.
  3. Select Log in

    Note: If you haven't registered for My Account, select the Register now button. You will need: 

    • Your Bell Aliant account number
    • The postal code where your services are currently installed

  1. The My Account overview page appears. Click the pencil icon to edit the credit card in the top Billing section of the page.

  2. The Change payment method screen appears with the Update credit card radio button selected. Select Continue to go to the next step.

  3. Select Submit to update your card information that we have on file.IMAGE: Update credit card information
