Your receiver’s default parental-control setting blocks any content rated as R (Restricted), V (Violence) or AO (Adult Only), while you may have programmed other types of content to be blocked on your TV guide.

You must enter a 4-digit Parental-locking PIN when prompted to remove the lock.

To unlock content the channel:

1. Select the channel in your guide that is locked and press the OK button. The Press OK to unlock screen appears.

3. Enter your parental control PIN. If you do not remember your PIN, view our Forgot my parental control or purchase PIN article. The blocked channel is now viewable.
