There are several things that could be causing problems with your wireless TV.
Please check the following to resolve your issue:
Check that your receiver is connected and paired to the R3000
- Disconnect the HPNA Coax cable.
Note: If you are already using an Ethernet network cable to connect with the modem then please do not continue with the following steps.

Connect one end of the Ethernet cable provided to the Ethernet port on the back of your VAP and the other end to the Network port on the back of your receiver.

Connect the power cable for the VAP and power on the unit via the power switch.

On the VAP ensure the top power LED is green and bottom LED is blue.
If this is not the case, press and hold the Reset button 30 seconds on the back of the VAP.

On the front of your R3000 modem, confirm that the power LED light is ON .

Press and hold the WPS button for more than 5 seconds and ensure the wireless receiver message appears. A 5 minute countdown to pair the Wireless transmitter appears. Proceed to next step before the time expires.
Note: If you press the WPS button for less than 5 seconds then the WPS pairing count down of 2 minutes will appear on the Home Hub 3000. Please do not attempt to pair, wait for this timer to expire and press the WPS button again for more then 5 seconds.

Press the WPS button on the VAP. The bottom blue LED will begin to flash.

On the front of the VAP confirm that the Wi-Fi LED is solid green, you have successfully paired the VAP to R3000.

Reboot your HD receiver to complete the pairing process
Check the signal strength on your receiver
- Poor signal (2 bars or less): Remove any items (e.g. cordless phones, baby monitors, wireless headphones) that could be causing problems and / or reboot your VAP by unlplugging its power cord for 30 seconds and then plugging the cord back in.
- Moderate signal: Remove any items (e.g. cordless phones, baby monitors, wireless headphones) that could be causing problems.
- Good signal: Reboot your modem by pushing its power button or by unplugging its power cord. Wait 30 seconds and push the button again or plug its power cord back in.
Reboot your modem
- Find your Fibe modem.
- Reboot your modem by unplugging the power adapter from the wall.
- Wait 30 seconds and then plug the power adapter back in.
Reboot your Fibe receivers
- Reboot your receivers by unplugging the power adapter from the wall.
- Wait 30 seconds and then plug the power adapter back in.
