Unable to view previously bills on my Apple device

Pop-up blockers may prevent your previous bills from opening on your iPad and iPhones.

Setting your pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups will fix this problem.

To allow pop-ups:

  1. From your home screen, tap Settings.


  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.


  3. Scroll down to Block Pop-ups.

  4. Tap the on/off switch to change the settings of your pop-up blocker.

    Note: Green indicated the pop-up blocker is enabled.
