Headset not working

If your headset is not working, there are a few things you can check.

Please check the following:

  1. Test your phone with the handset. If there are no issues when doing this then the issue is related to the headset setup or quality.
  2. Ensure the headset is plugged into the proper jack at the back of the IP set. The jacks are marked with a headset icon.
  3. Headsets that have USB connectors will NOT work in the USB jack on the IP sets. These USB jacks are meant for external keyboards and not headsets.
  4. If the headset looks is connected properly, ensure that the proper headset key is activated for the headset. It’s a green key on all IP sets and should be lit if it has been activated. It’s a green key on all IP sets and should be lit if it has been activated.
