If your headset is not working, there are a few things you can check.
Please check the following:
- Test your phone with the handset. If there are no issues when doing this then the issue is related to the headset setup or quality.
- Ensure the headset is plugged into the proper jack at the back of the IP set. The jacks are marked with a headset icon.
- Headsets that have USB connectors will NOT work in the USB jack on the IP sets. These USB jacks are meant for external keyboards and not headsets.
- If the headset looks is connected properly, ensure that the proper headset key is activated for the headset. It’s a green key on all IP sets and should be lit if it has been activated. It’s a green key on all IP sets and should be lit if it has been activated.
