You can make changes to many of your services online in My Account; including your:
- Bell Aliant bundle
- TV (equipment and channels)
- Internet (plans, email addresses and passwords)
- Home Phone (calling features and long distance plans)
To make changes to your services - in My Account:
- Go to My Account.
- Enter your email address and your password.
- Select Log in.
Note: If you haven't registered for My Account, select the Register now button. You will need:
- Your Bell Aliant account number
- The postal code where your services are currently installed

- The Overview screen appears. In the My Services section, select the service you want to update:
- Bell Aliant bundle
- TV
- Internet
- Home Phone
Note: In this example we've selected Home Phone - Add/remove calling features.
- Follow the instructions on the form to complete your change.
