This section provides easy step-by-step instructions to set up Outlook 2010 for Hosted Exchange

What you need to know before you start

• The exchange e-mail server name: https://exchange.bellaliant.net
  
• Your exchange e-mail address and password. If you do not know your e-mail address and password, contact us at 1-888-267-2411. Option 1 then 5.

Follow these easy steps

1. Click on Start and Control Panel
   
   
   
   
   
   
2. Click on Mail icon to open Outlook settings. Note: In Windows Vista, the Mail Icon is in the User Accounts folder.
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Click Show Profiles and Add
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Enter a name in the profile field followed by your e-mail address and password. Once complete, click NEXT.
   
   
   
   
   
   
5. When the box Allow this website to configure [email protected] server settings pops up, check Don't ask me about this website again and then click on Allow.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
6. When Congratulations appears, click on Finish.
