Code-search method
This method uses your remote to search for the best code to use for your TV.
- Turn on your TV.
- Turn on your FibreOP TV receiver.
- Point your FibreOP TV remote at your receiver.

Press the STB button on the remote.

Press and hold the SETUP button until the STB button blinks twice.

Press the TV button on the remote.

Press and hold the OK button until your TV turns off.

If your TV has not turned off:
- Test whether programming was successful by pressing the POWER button on your FibreOP TV remote, and
- If your TV does not turn off, try programming your remote with the direct-code-entry method or popular-brand method.
Popular-brand method
This method can be used for the following brands: Insignia / Dynex, LG / Zenith, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Phillips / Magnavox, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, Toshiba and Vizio.
- From the list below, indentify the 1-digit code for your TV brand. If your brand is not listed, try programming your remote with the code-search method or direct-code-entry method.

- Turn on your FibreOP TV receiver.
- Point your FibreOP TV remote at your receiver.

Press the STB button on your FibreOP TV remote.

Press and hold the SETUP button until the STB button blinks twice.

Press the TV button.

Enter the 1-digit code from the table above using your remote’s number buttons.

If programming is successful, your TV turns off and the remote's TV button will blink twice.
- If your TV does not turn off, try programming your remote with the direct-code entry method or popular-brand method.
Direct code entry
This method will require you to look up the 4-digit code for your TV brand.
- Locate the 4-digit codes for your TV brand from the Motorola MXv4 remote 4-digit code list. If your brand is not listed, try programming your remote with the code search method or popular brand method.
- Turn on your TV.
- Turn on your FibreOP TV receiver.
- Point your FibreOP TV remote at your receiver.

Press the TV button on your FibreOP TV remote.

Press and hold the SETUP button until the TV button blinks twice.

Enter the first 4-digit code you located for your TV brand using your remote’s number buttons.

Press the POWER button on your FibreOP TV remote. If programming has been successful, your TV and receiver will turn off.
- If your TV does not turn off, repeat step 7 and 8 for the each 4-digit code listed for your TV brand.
