Code-search method
This method requires you to use your remote to search for the best code for your TV.
- Turn on your TV.
- Turn on your FibreOP TV receiver.
- Point your FibreOP TV remote at the receiver.

Press the STB button on your FibreOP TV remote.

Press and hold the SETUP button until the STB button blinks twice.

Press the TV button.

Press and hold the OK button until your TV turns off.

If your TV has not turned off:
- Test whether programming was successful by pressing the POWER button on your FibreOP TV remote, and
- If your TV does not turn off, try programming your remote with the direct-code-entry method or popular-brand method.
- If your TV does not turn off, try programming your remote with the direct-code-entry method or popular-brand method.
Popular-brand method
This method is suitable for the following brands: Insignia / Dynex, LG / Zenith, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Phillips / Magnavox, Samsung, Sharp, Sony, Toshiba and Vizio.
- From the list below, indentify and make note of the 1-digit code for your TV brand. If your brand is not listed, try programming your remote with the code-search method or direct-code-entry method.

- Turn on your FibreOP TV receiver.
- Point your FibreOP TV remote at the receiver.

Press the STB button on your FibreOP TV remote.

Press and hold the SETUP button until the STB button blinks twice.

Press the TV button.

Use the remote's number pad to enter the 1-digit code that you previously identified and noted.

If programming is successful, your TV turns off and the TV button blinks twice.

If your TV has not turned off:
- Test whether programming was successful by pressing the POWER button on your FibreOP TV remote, and
- If your TV does not turn off, try programming your remote with the direct-code-entry method or popular-brand method.
- If your TV does not turn off, try programming your remote with the code-search method or direct-code-entry method.
Direct-code entry
This method requires you to look up the 4-digit code for your TV brand.
- Identify and make a note of the 4-digit code(s) for your TV brand from the Nova remote's 4-digit code list .
If your brand is not listed, try programming your remote with the popular-brand method.
- Turn on your TV.
- Turn on your FibreOP TV receiver.
- Point your FibreOP TV remote at the receiver.

Press the TV button on the remote.

Press and hold the SETUP button until the TV button blinks twice.

Use the remote's number pad to enter the first 4-digit code that you previously located and noted for your TV brand.

Press the POWER button on your remote.
- If programming is successful, your TV and receiver turn off.
- If your TV does not turn off, repeat steps 7 and 8 for each of the 4-digit codes listed for your TV brand.
