If there's an issue with your Internet connection, you can usually fix it by restarting your modem.
To restart your Home Hub 3000 modem
- Press and hold the Reset button on the side of the modem for 5 seconds.
- Wait until all 3 LED lights are white and Fibe Internet: Connected is displayed.
