If you are experiencing problems, displaying your bill after you have logged into My Account, you will want to check to make sure it isn’t being blocked by pop-up blockers.
To allow pop-ups using:
Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11
- Select the Gear in the far right hand corner of your window.
- Select Internet options.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- At the bottom, remove the checkmark from Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
- Select Apply to save your changes.
- Select OK.
- Select the Safari menu.
- Select Preferences.
- Select Security.
- Select Preferences.
- Remove the checkmark from Block Pop-up Windows.
- Select the Chrome menu in the top right hand corner of your screen (this looks like an icon with 3 lines).
- Select Settings.
- Select Show advanced settings.
- Select the Content settings button in the Privacy section.
- Select Allow all sites to show pop-ups in the Pop-ups section.
Note: Select Manage exceptions to customize permissions for specific websites.
- Select Done to save your changes.
- Select the Firefox menu in the top right hand corner of your screen (this looks like an icon with 3 lines).
- Select Options.
- Select Content.
- Remove the checkmark from Block pop-up windows.
- Select OK to save your changes.
Apple device (iPad, iPhone)
- From your home screen, tap Settings.
- Scroll down and tap Safari.
- Scroll down to Block Pop-ups.
- Tap the on/off switch to change the settings of your pop-up blocker.
Note: Green indicated the pop-up blocker is enabled.
