Unified Communications includes a web portal to input and update as needed the most likely address and location information for telephone numbers provided with the Unified Communications service. It is crucial to provide the correct address and location information via the web portal which may be used by the emergency response centre if the 9-1-1 caller is unable to identify his location. If the correct address and location information are not provided, emergency services may be dispatched to the wrong address.

You will be prompted for your login information to update your location. Please use your UC username and password currently used to log into your UC service.
If you experience any issues using the online form please advise your IT administrator.
