View statements in Online Bill Manager

Online Bill Manager provides online access to 19 months of statements (the current month plus 18 previous months). After registering an account in OBM, you will begin accruing statements for the account; once the maximum number of statements is reached, older statements will no longer be available.

Statements are available in OBM five to 10 business days after the billing date, with the following exceptions:

  • Statements for IP/Broadband accounts are available eight to 12 business days after the billing date.
  • For Toll-free accounts, the equipment record and activity details are available online approximately seven business days after the Toll-free statement is available online.

The Manage statements page allows you to easily manage and pay all eligible statements from one place. You can view a summary of all statements included in a calendar month. The summary includes billed date, account, source, bill status, amount billed, days until due, payment status and the amount paid. You can sort the list of statements by clicking a column.

  1. Log in to Online Bill Manager.
  2. Select Online Bill Manager (OBM).
  3. Select View.
  4. Select the Statements tab.
  5. Select the billing date from the dropdown menu.
  6. Select Download PDF invoice.
  7. Select the invoice type.
  8. When you’re done, select X to close the window.
