The paper suppression feature allows you to stop delivery of paper invoices for your Voice, Data, Toll-free (including Equipment Record), IP/Broadband, Bell West and Bell TV invoices as well as monthly or consolidated and Outright Sales (ORS) statements.
Once you have supressed paper billing for an account, invoices will only be delivered online. You will stop receiving a paper copy in the mail beginning with the next billing cycle.
- Log in to Online Bill Manager.
- Select Online Bill Manager (OBM).
- Select Manage.
- Select Paper suppression. You will see a list of eligible billing account numbers that can have their paper bill suppressed.
- Select Enable from the Suppression status drop-down menu.
- Select the All pages checkbox.
- Selecting the All checkbox will suppress every billing account number including those not listed.
- Select Save. A confirmation message will be displayed.
Note: if the request was submitted within three days of your billing date, paper suppression will begin on your next bill.
