Edit an alert

You can edit any of the alerts you have created through the online portal.

Follow these easy steps

  1. Visit the home security portal.
  2. Enter your username and password and click Sign In.
    • Your username and password were provided by the technician during installation. If you do not have them, please call support at 1-855-777-4117.
    • You may be prompted to set up security questions. These questions are used to recover your password in case you forget it. Once they have been completed, click Save.

  1. Click on the Alerts tab.
  2. Click on the alert you wish to edit (or click on the pencil beside it's name)
  3. Make the desired changes.
  4. Click Save.

Additional information

You cannot change the trigger of an alert. If you want to change the trigger, delete the alert and create a new one.
