SupportBilling & My Account

To reset your My Account password online:

1. Go to My Account.
2. Enter your Email address.
3. Select the Forgot password? link.

   

4. The Answer your security question screen appears. Enter your security answer.
5. Select Continue. We send an email to your My Account login email address. 

   

6. Go to your email inbox and open the email from us. Select the Reset your password link.

   

7. The Create a new password screen appears. Enter your new password and re-type it to confirm it.
8. Select Save to:
   • See a confirmation that you have reset your password 
   • Return to My Account Log in screen.

     

9. To log in, enter your My Account log in email address.
10. Enter your new password.
11. Select Log in.
