Once you’ve updated Internet Security Services to the latest version and restarted Windows, follow the steps below to export your saved passwords from your wallets to a CSV file.

1. Go to the C:\Program Files\Bell\Bell folder.
2. Double-click the bdwtxcon file and select your preferred language.
3. Click the Start Now button on the welcome screen.
4. Check the box next to the name of the wallets you wish to export, and click the Next button.
5. Enter your master password to unlock the selected wallets, then click the Add Wallet button.
6. The tool will start collecting data from the selected wallets. A progress bar indicates at all times the status of the database export process. Once the database is ready, a summary of the accounts exported from the wallets is displayed. Click the Save your data button.
7. When prompted, choose a name for the CSV file and save it somewhere easily found – like your desktop. Internet Security Services will export all your saved login data to that file.
