Installation will take approximately 25 minutes.

Note: If you are an existing wireless tv customer and you are just adding a receiver, you can skip this section.

Please set up the wireless transmitter as far from the modem as possible to avoid interference.

Note: All existing wireless receivers in your home will be unpaired. Once youʼve installed your new wireless transmitter, youʼll need to pair them again. Instructions are provided further below.

1. Check to see if you already have an existing wireless transmitter next to your modem or receiver. If you do and were sent a replacement, disconnect all cables.

   

2. Connect the new wireless transmitter to your existing modem using the Ethernet cable included in your kit. Use any available yellow LAN port on your modem.

   

3. Connect the transmitter to a power outlet using the cable that came with it.

   

4. Turn the power switch on and ensure the power light is green on the front of the wireless transmitter.

   

5. Wait at least four minutes for the wireless transmitter to fully turn itself on.

   

6. Unplug the power cord on all your wireless HD receivers. Plug the cord back in and wait until the pairing instructions appear.

   

1. If we sent you an HDMI cable, use it to connect your receiver to your TV. If youʼre relocating a receiver or weʼve sent a replacement receiver, use your existing cables.

   

2. Connect the new receiver to a power outlet using the cable that came with it. This will turn on the receiver.
   
   Note: It is normal for the lights on the receiver to flicker while starting up.

   

3. Turn on your TV and select the input that matches the connection from step 1 (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, Video 1, etc.).
   
   Note: Insert the provided batteries into the back of your remote if you have not done so already.

   

4. Wait up to 5 minutes for the pairing instructions to appear on your TV.

   

5. Make sure that your TV's input source is set to the proper input that you used to connect your wireless receiver. For more help in selecting your input source, view our Change input source support article.
6. If you are not able to set up the device after following these steps, please contact us.

1. This tutorial should only be completed once you see the installation instructions on your TV screen and have completed the physical installation of the wireless HD receiver and wireless transmitter.
2. Press the WPS button on the front of the transmitter. Below the Wi-Fi symbol a green light will start to flash indicating the unit is in pairing mode.

   

3. Within 2 minutes, press the OK button on the front of your receiver. Wait up to 5 minutes for the receiver to connect. Once connected, your receiver will automatically restart.

   Note: It is normal for the lights on the receiver to flicker while restarting.

   

4. Wait up to 5 minutes for the receiver to start up. Pairing is complete.

   

5. Wait for the green Connected checkmark to appear on your TV screen.
6. Once it appears, press OK on your Fibe remote to start the registration.
7. The Client Registration screen displays. Press OK on your remote to begin registering your new PVR.
8. Press the right-arrow to bring you to the registration number field.
9. Using the number pad on your remote enter the registration number for your receiver. This can be found on the welcome letter in your self-installation kit.
10. Press OK on your remote.
11. Select Yes / Oui to the question Master PVR / RVP principal.
12. Press OK on your remote.
13. The Registration / Enregistrement successful screen displays.
14. The Fibe Guide will download. This takes may 2-3 minutes to complete.
15. Once this process is complete, you will automatically be taken to live TV.
16. If you are prompted for a password, enter 1234 with your remote.
