My Fibe remote is not responding (Motorola remotes)

There are several things that could be causing your remote to stop working.

Follow each one of these options until your issue is resolved:


Change the device mode on your remote

  1. Turn on your TV.
  2. Press the STB button on your Fibe remote.
  3. Point your Fibe TV remote at your receiver.
  4. To test your remote, press the GUIDE button. The TV guide should display if your remote is working.



Check the power to the receiver


Replace the batteries in the Fibe remote


Check the line of sight between the remote and the receiver
