To serve you better, we've scheduled maintenance and updates to our NextGen Home SecurityTM network. This will result in continued stability and allow for additional functionality to be added in the future.
The maintenance will be performed from 10 PM July 25, to 8 AM July 26, and from 10 PM July 26, to 8 AM July 27.
This will not impact your monitored security services. Our Central Monitoring Station will continue to receive notification of any alarm events and respond accordingly. However, you will experience an interruption to your Web Portal and Mobile App services. This will impact services such as remote access, video viewing, email and text alerts, and pre-set home automations. These services will all resume once the maintenance is completed.
