Poor signal strength on wireless receiver

There are several things that could be causing this.

Follow each of these options until your issue is resolved:

Check for interference

  1. Find your Video Access Point (VAP). This is the black wireless box often located near the modem.

  2. Remove any items that could be causing interference with the signal (e.g. cordless phone, baby monitor, wireless headphones).
  3. Check to see if your TV problem is resolved.

Move your wireless receiver closer to your Video Access Point (VAP)

Reboot your Video Access Point (VAP)
