Reboot your modem

There may be an issue with your Fibe connection.

A reboot of your modem may help resolve the problem.

To reboot your modem:

  1. Push the power button on your Fibe modem or unplug its power cord.
  2. Wait 30 seconds.
  3. Push the power button again or plug the power cord back into the modem.
  4. Try your TV again
