Troubleshoot log in issues with RDS GO

If you are unable to log in to RDS GO please check that you meet the following:

  • You've selected Bell Aliant as the provider.
  • You are a Fibe TV customer and you are subscribed to either Sports 1 or Le Monde en Français theme pack
  • You are registered to My Account in order to sign-in to RDS GO. You will use your My Account login username and password to sign-in to RDS GO.
