Troubleshoot log in issues with the NickGO app

If you are unable to log in to NickGO please check that you meet the following:

  • You've selected Bell Aliant as the provider.
  • You are registered to My Account in order to sign-in to NickGO. You will use your My Account login username and password to sign-in to NickGO.

NOTE: If you have not registered for My Account, you can follow the steps in our Register for My Account support article.

  •  You have a subscription to the Nickelodeon channel.
