Troubleshoot login issues with CTV GO

If you are unable to log in to CTV App, please check that you meet the following:

  • You are a Fibe TV customer
  • You must be registered to My Account in order to sign in to CTV GO. If you have not registered to My Account, you can follow the steps in our Register for My Account support article
  • You meet CTV GO minimum system requirements

  • CTV can only be watched from within Canada
