Turn off e-bill

You can turn off e-bill in My Account and go back to receiving paper bills for your account.

To turn off paperless billing:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Enter your email address and your password.
  3. Select Log in

    Note: If you haven't registered for My Account, select the Register now button. You will need: 

    • Your Bell Aliant account number
    • The postal code where your services are currently installed

  1. The My Account overview screen appears. Select the My Profile link from the secondary navigation.

  2. On the Account profile screen, scroll down to the Bill type section and select Change.

  3. The Switch to paper screen appears. Select Submit to confirm your billing preference. 

  4. The Switch to paper confirmation screen appears. Select Back to My Account to go back to the main My Account overview screen.
