Unable to view my bill online (cannot open)

If you are experiencing problems, displaying your bill after you have logged into My Account, you will want to check to make sure it isn’t being blocked by pop-up blockers.

To allow pop-ups using:


Internet Explorer 9, 10 and 11

  1. Select the Gear in the far right hand corner of your window.
  2. Select Internet options.
  3. Select the Privacy tab.
  4. At the bottom, remove the checkmark from Turn on Pop-up Blocker.
  5. Select Apply to save your changes.
  6. Select OK.







Apple device (iPad, iPhone)


  1. From your home screen, tap Settings.


  2. Scroll down and tap Safari.


  3. Scroll down to Block Pop-ups.

  4. Tap the on/off switch to change the settings of your pop-up blocker.

    Note: Green indicated the pop-up blocker is enabled.
