Check my account balance

You can log in to My Account and check your current balance in the My Bill section.

To check your account balance in My Account:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Enter your email address and your password.
  3. Select Log in

    Note: If you haven't registered for My Account, select the Register now button. You will need: 

    • Your Bell Aliant account number
    • The postal code where your services are currently installed

  1. The Overview screen appears.  You can see your current account balance in the billing section at the top of the page.
