Connecting a USB device to your modem allows its files to be shared with all capable devices connected to the modem.
- Plug the USB storage device into the designated USB slot on the side or back of your modem.
- On the computer, click Go in the Finder bar at the top of the screen.
- Click Connect to Server…
- Click Browser in the window that pops up.
- Click on the file server to access the USB’s files.

- Plug the USB storage device into the designated USB slot on the side or back of your modem.
- On the computer, click Start/Windows button.
- Click Documents (this will open the File Explorer).
- Click on the address bar at the top of the window.
- Delete the current text and enter \\mynetwork.
Note: Make sure you use back slashes '\' and not forward slashes '/'.
- Press Enter on your keyboard or click the Go arrow icon on the right of the address bar.
- Click the USB device to access the files.
