How to replace my modem

The following instructions will walk you through the steps to replace your modem with a new one.

  1. Disconnect all cables from your current modem and plug the fibre into the FIBRE port on the back of the modem.
  2. If you prefer a wired connection, connect one end of the Ethernet cable to any yellow Ethernet port on the back of the modem. Then, connect the other end of that Ethernet cable into your
  3. Connect one end of the power supply to the modem and the other end into a wall outlet.
  4. Wait until all three LED lights on the modem are the same colour and Fibe Internet: Connected is displayed.
