Make changes to my services

You can make changes to many of your services online in My Account; including your:

  • Bell Aliant bundle
  • TV (equipment and channels) 
  • Internet (plans, email addresses and passwords) 
  • Home Phone (calling features and long distance plans)

To make changes to your services - in My Account:

  1. Go to My Account.
  2. Enter your email address and your password.
  3. Select Log in

    Note: If you haven't registered for My Account, select the Register now button. You will need: 

    • Your Bell Aliant account number
    • The postal code where your services are currently installed

  • The Overview screen appears. In the My Services section, select the service you want to update:
    • Bell Aliant bundle
    • TV
    • Internet
    • Home Phone

    Note: In this example we've selected Home Phone - Add/remove calling features.

  • Follow the instructions on the form to complete your change.
