The Netflix app will no longer be available on many HD receivers, including those from Bell. The following Bell receivers are impacted: VIP 1200, 1216, 1232, 2202, 2262 and 2502. If your receiver is affected, a message will appear on your TV screen when you launch the Netflix app.
This decision on Netflix’s part does not cancel your subscription to Netflix. However, it does impact the way in which you access their app.
The Netflix app will still be available on the 4K Whole Home PVR (VIP 5662). Please call us at 1 855-630-7283 to learn which options best suit your needs. Additional charges may apply.
