Purchasing On Demand content

Step 1: About On Demand

Bell Fibe TV On Demand lets you stream movies, TV shows and other content whenever you want.

Additional subscriptions available in your TV package

Many channels make their programming available on demand. If you subscribe to a channel, you can access it on demand at no extra charge.

To use On Demand:

  1. Press the On Demand button on your remote.
  2. Explore the Shows section or toggle left to select the Movies section.
  3. Press OK to select a show or movie.
  4. Press OK to play the show or to add it to your watchlist.

Step 2: Renting and purchasing movies

Renting movies on your Fibe TV Box

Rent movies and watch them as many times as you’d like during the rental period.

  1. Press the On Demand button on your remote.
  2. Scroll to and select Movies.
  3. Select the Rentals shortcut at the top of the page.
  4. Press OK to select a show.
  5. Select Rent or select Ways to Watch and then select Rentals.
  6. Follow the on-screen prompts to rent the movie.

To access your rentals:

After renting a show, you can access it under the Rented row in your watchlist.

Purchasing on your Fibe TV Box:

Own with Fibe

You can purchase movies and watch them on demand as often as you’d like, for as long as you are a Fibe TV customer.

  1. Press the On Demand button on your remote.
  2. Scroll to and select Movies.
  3. Select the Rentals shortcut at the top of the page.
  4. Scroll down to the Own with Fibe row.
  5. Press OK to select a show.
  6. Select Buy or select Ways to Watch and then select Purchase.
  7. Follow the on-screen prompts to buy the movie.

To access your Own with Fibe movies:

After buying a show, you can access it under the Own with Fibe row in your watchlist.

Step 3: About Pay-per-view

  • Pay-per-view events air at specific times.
  • You can order Pay-per-view programming up to 24 hours in advance. For major events, this may be extended to 72 hours.
  • You can still order Pay-per-view programming after it has started, up until the halfway point. However, you will not be able to restart it.
  • Please note that once you order a Pay-per-view event, you cannot cancel it or get a refund.

Step 4: Ordering Pay-per-view

You can order Pay-per-view content 24 hours before the event (some special events will be available up to 72 hours in advance).

  • English: 549 (HD) or 301 (SD)

To order from your TV

  1. Within 24 hours of the event, go to the desired channel in the guide.
  2. Select the event you want to order.
  3. Press the Play button.
  4. Follow the instructions on your screen to purchase or rent the event.

To order online:

  1. In a web browser, visit fibetv.ca.
  2. Log in using your My Account username and password.
  3. In the guide, scroll to the event you want to order.
  4. Select the play button and follow the instructions.

Step 5: Pre-ordering On Demand content

Bell offers a selection of On Demand movie titles that can be pre-ordered before they’re released.

Note: estimated release dates are provided to Bell by the movie studios and are subject to change without notice.

To pre-order a movie:

  1. Select a movie that’s available for pre-order.
  2. Select Buy. The charge will appear on your next bill.
    • You can cancel for a full refund up until the movie is delivered. To cancel, call 310-BELL.
  3. We’ll send you an email when the movie is released. To watch, select the movie in your watchlist from the Own with Fibe row and click Play.
