Playback errors

  1. If it happens on other channels, power cycle your system: Power off your Fibe TV Box and your TV. Unplug your receiver and your TV. Plug your receiver and TV back in. Power on your receiver and TV.
  2. If the error isn’t fixed, clear your app data. Press the Home button on your Fibe TV Voice Remote and select Settings. Scroll to Device and select Settings. Select Apps and then Fibe TV. Scroll down and select Clear data.
    • Note: you may have to re-enter your username and password after clearing data. Select OK.
