If your credit card has expired or you are changing the card we have on file for the pre-authorized payment of your Bell Aliant account, you can update your card details in My Account.
To update your credit card details in My Account:
- Go to My Account.
- Enter your email address and your password.
- Select Log in.
Note: If you haven't registered for My Account, select the Register now button. You will need:
- Your Bell Aliant account number
- The postal code where your services are currently installed

- The My Account overview page appears. Click the pencil icon to edit the credit card in the top Billing section of the page.
- The Change payment method screen appears with the Update credit card radio button selected. Select Continue to go to the next step.
- Select Submit to update your card information that we have on file.
