If your credit card has expired or you are changing the card we have on file for the automatic payment (auto-pay) of your Bell Aliant account, you can update your card details in My Account.
To update your credit card details in My Account:
- Go to My Account.
- Enter your Email address and your Password.
- Select Log in.
Note: If you haven't registered for My Account select the Register now button. You will need:
- Your Bell Aliant account number
- The postal code where your services are currently installed

- In the My Bill section, scroll to Payment method .
- Select Change.
- The Change payment method preferences screen appears. Select Update credit card information.
- The Update credit card information screen appears. Enter your new credit card details.
- Select Register Details to update your card information that we have on file.
