SupportBilling & My Account

Pre-authorized payments are a convenient and easy way to pay your bill each month using your credit card. Sign up in My Account.

To use My Account to set up pre-authorized payments using your credit card:

1. Go to My Account.
2. Enter your email address and your password.
3. Select Log in. 

   Note: If you haven't registered for My Account, select the Register now button. You will need: 

   • Your Bell Aliant account number
   • The postal code where your services are currently installed

4. Select Sign up for pre-authorized payment from the billing section of the My Account overview page.

   

5. The Set up pre-authorized payments screen appears. Select your pre-authorized payment options:

   1. Payment amount
   2. Pay by credit card
   3. Review the terms and conditions.
   4. Select Accept terms and continue

      

6. The Pre-authorized payment by credit card screen appears. Enter your credit card information. Verify that the information you entered is correct.

   

7. Select Submit to complete the sign-up for pre-authorized payments by credit card.
