Searching
- From any screen, click Search in the top right.
- Type what you're searching for into the box, then click the magnifying glass icon .
- Browse the top results in each section by clicking the left and right arrows.
- Click any of the tabs to jump to a specific section of the search results.
Filtering the guide
- Click Guide.
- Click Filters .
- Click the checkboxes to add (or remove) as many filters as you like. You can filter by:
- Subscribed channels
- Favourites
- Quality (HD, SD, Best quality or Audio) – with Best quality, SD channels are shown only when HD is not available
- Language (English or French)
- Genres (e.g., Sports, Movies, Family)
- As soon as an option is selected or deselected, the listing changes.
Navigating to other content while watching a show
- While watching a show, click the minimize icon on the bottom right.
- You can access the On Now, Recent Channels or On Demand guide from this screen.
- Select any program in the guide to start watching it on your device.
- Click the maximize icon to return to full screen.
Managing on-demand content
The Movies and Shows sections contain on-demand content that is part of your subscriptions, as well as content that can be rented or purchased.
- Click on a shortcut at the top of the Movies or Shows sections to easily navigate to different categories.
- To view channels, click on the shortcut or scroll to the bottom of the section.
- Within the Movies section, click on the Rentals shortcut to rent or purchase available content.
- Select View All to see more content within that category.
Turn Close Captioning and Described Video on or off
- Click the account icon in the top right.
- Click Settings.
- Click the Accessibility tab.
- Select either Closed Captions or Descriptive Video to apply the desired setting.
To remove the setting, select Closed Captions or Descriptive Video again.
Adjust the video streaming quality
- Click the account icon in the top right.
- Click Settings.
- Click My Account tab.
- Select the preferred streaming quality (e.g., Best).
Set parental controls
- Click the account icon in the top right.
- Click Settings.
- Click the Parental Controls tab.
- Click Modify.
- Enter your MyAccount password.
- Click Unlock.
- In the left column, set parental controls that apply to all devices, current and future, that are linked to your account.
- In the right column, set parental controls that apply to the current device. This device-specific setting takes priority over the account-wide settings.
- Click Done when you're finished.
